Test Writing: String Equality

Created By: Geoffrey Challen
/ Version: 2020.9.0

Let's continue our practice with Kotlin Strings. Write a function called isEqual that takes two nullable String arguments. It should return true if they are both null or equal, and false otherwise.

Don't overthink this! If you are using a loop or writing more than a few lines of code, review the String documentation.

Test Design Challenge

You're challenge is to write tests for this problem described above.

  • Provide a method named test that accepts no arguments and does not return a value.
  • If the implementation of the class described above is incorrect, your test method should throw an exception.
  • If it is correct, do not throw an exception.
  • You may want to use Kotlin's assert or check methods
