Test Writing: Repeat Front

Imported By: Geoffrey Challen
/ Version: 2021.7.0

Given a non-null String and an int n, return a string made of the first n characters of the passed string, followed by the first n - 1 characters, and so on. So the String "Chocolate" with n = 4 yields "ChocChoChC". You may assume that n is between 0 and the length of the string, inclusive.

Test Design Challenge

You're challenge is to write tests for this problem described above.

  • Provide a method named test that accepts no arguments and does not return a value.
  • If the implementation of the class described above is incorrect, your test method should throw an exception.
  • If it is correct, do not throw an exception.
  • You may want to use Java's assert method
String repeatFront(String input, int n) {
return ""; // You may need to remove this starter code
}
